Welcoming Ryan Chappelle as Vice President of Sales at JTG Consulting Group

We’re excited to welcome Ryan Chappelle to JTG Consulting Group as our new Vice President of Sales.

Ryan brings extensive experience leading sales and marketing organizations across the healthcare and laboratory technology sectors. His career has spanned more than two decades, during which he has held executive leadership positions at companies such as Orchard Software, Clinisys, NovoPath, McKesson, and Oracle, helping each to achieve significant growth and operational excellence.

At Clinisys, Ryan led the North American sales organization, managing multiple product lines and delivering consistent year-over-year growth. He was instrumental in launching new business teams, developing SaaS-based sales models, and introducing federal and public health segments that expanded Clinisys’s market reach. Prior to that, at NovoPath, he restructured and energized the commercial team to accelerate adoption of an innovative SaaS Anatomic Pathology solution, resulting in more than double the company’s new business revenue within a year. 

Ryan’s leadership philosophy focuses on empowering teams through process clarity, customer insight, and data-driven decision-making. His expertise in developing scalable sales processes, refining go-to-market strategies, and nurturing strategic partnerships aligns seamlessly with JTG’s commitment to supporting laboratories through innovation, technology, and trusted collaboration.
