JTG Appoints Susan Mize, PMP, as Chief Services Officer

JTG Consulting Group is excited to welcome Susan Mize as our new Chief Services Officer. With over 20 years of experience leading services teams in the consulting industry, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.

Susan's experience includes serving in senior leadership positions at top-tier organizations, such as Cerner Corporation and WellSky, where she was responsible for managing large teams of consultants and overseeing the delivery of complex consulting services to clients. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Professional Services at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies, where she was responsible for leading the delivery of a range of consulting services.

As Chief Services Officer, Susan will lead our consulting services delivery team and work closely with our clients and partners to ensure that our services continue to be delivered with the highest level of quality.

"I have been in Healthcare IT for the past 20+ years with a passion for helping others. This passion started for me as a personal journey with a close family member being treated in multiple healthcare settings but has grown to be so much bigger. Being a part of a company where I can make a difference for healthcare professionals, as well as the patients they serve, is empowering and exciting. Every day I come to work with a plan to do my part to positively impact patients’ lives no matter how big or small my contribution may be.

With my wealth of experience in Healthcare IT and specific focus in professional services, I look forward to working closely with the JTG team to continue to provide the KLAS-leading solutions and customer service our clients have grown accustomed to.
