JTG Consulting Group Welcomes Pete Zawodniak as Chief Growth Officer

JTG Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Pete Zawodniak, RN, BSN, MBA, has joined the organization as Chief Growth Officer.

Pete brings more than 20 years of leadership and business development experience driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing commercial organizations across the healthcare technology industry. His proven ability to align strategy, people, and execution will help support JTG's continued growth and strengthen its position in key markets around the world.

As Chief Growth Officer, Pete will oversee Global Sales and help lead the next phase of JTG's growth strategy. His appointment reflects JTG's commitment to balancing global strategy with regional execution as the company continues to expand its presence and support healthcare organizations internationally.

Prior to joining JTG, Pete held multiple executive leadership roles with Baxter International, where he led national and regional sales organizations focused on patient monitoring, care communications, digital health solutions, and clinical technologies. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, developed strategic partnerships with leading healthcare organizations, and helped providers adopt technologies that improve both operational performance and patient care.
