JTG’s 2026 All Hands Meeting in Dallas, TX brought the team together to kick off the year with focus, energy, and a shared sense of purpose. This year’s meeting came with an added layer of challenge, as a Winter Storm Fern swept across the country, causing significant travel disruptions. While not everyone was able to attend in person and some team members joined remotely, we were grateful that so many of the team still made the journey and showed up fully engaged.
The meeting opened with a look back at the past year, led by President & CEO Jamel Giuma. His session set the tone for the days ahead, reflecting on key milestones while reinforcing the direction and priorities that will shape 2026. It was a valuable moment for the team to pause, align, and reset as we move into another year of growth.
Throughout the meeting, conversations focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and how we continue to support laboratories and laboratory vendors with the highest level of Lab IT expertise. The emphasis was on aligning as a team, strengthening how we work together, and building on the momentum that allows us to deliver meaningful impact for the organizations we support.
Just as important as the working sessions was the time spent together as a team. With a group that is often spread across locations, the opportunity to connect in person is always meaningful. Whether it was catching up over dinner, sharing ideas between sessions, or stepping away from the day’s discussions to unwind, the time together reinforced the strength of the relationships that make #TeamJTG what it is.
One of the highlights of the trip was a team outing to play mini golf, where a little friendly competition brought plenty of laughs and gave everyone a chance to relax. It was a reminder that while we take our work seriously, we also value the moments that bring us together outside of it.
Overall, the 2026 All Hands Meeting was a strong start to the year. It brought clarity, alignment, and momentum, while reinforcing the culture that continues to set JTG apart. As we move forward into 2026, we do so connected, focused, and ready for what’s ahead.
