JTG Welcomes Philip Garrott as VP of Sales

JTG Consulting Group, laboratory IT solution experts, announces the addition of Philip Garrott as VP of Sales. With a more than 20-year career in sales and strategic business development, Philip has a proven track record of success and will be integral to the execution of JTG’s growth strategy and overall client success.
Philip comes to #TeamJTG from WellSky, a leading healthcare IT company that provides software and services solutions to acute and post-acute markets, including blood bank. There, he served as the senior member of the company’s blood and biotherapies sales team for more than nine years. In this role, he oversaw the company’s sales on the east coast, including net new and strategic client sales, account management, renewals, and client satisfaction efforts. Prior to WellSky, Philip held strategic sales roles of increasing responsibility at Sunquest Information Systems (now Clinisys).

With over 70% of a patient’s record stemming from the lab, its mission to better serve patients through accurate, timely and safe diagnostics has been my driving force for the last 12+ years of my life. Philip earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, and he currently resides in Tennessee with his wife and two children. When not working hard to serve our clients, Philip enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and watching U of A basketball (Bear Down!).
